To ask a sales or career question, or something else in general, use the "Contact Us" navigation item. This opens the Contact Form. For technical issues alone use the View Support Tickets screen, which is described on this page.

View Support Tickets

The View Support Tickets screen provides a centralized place to manage all your technical support requests.

View Support Tickets Screen

From this screen, you can:

  • View the list of all your support tickets: The main area of the screen will display a list of all the support tickets you have created. Initially, this list will be empty, as shown in the image.
  • Create a new support ticket: By clicking the Create Support Ticket button, you can open a new form to submit a detailed request to our technical support team. Use the Choose File Button to attach any supporting documentation (e.g. a screenshot).
  • Filter your tickets: The orange Filter Button allows you to narrow down the list of tickets based on criteria such as status (e.g., open, closed) and date range. You can also sort the tickets by age.
